Sarah Luo is a third-year undergraduate student attending Emory University for neuroscience and AI. In her talk, Sarah delves into the complex inner workings of the mind to reveal how memory, emotion, and attention interact beneath the surface of our daily lives. Her talk offers insights on how to move beyond basic effort and start using your brain's natural loops to study smarter, not harder.
